Nicole!

And then there was this one time, when this one lady, and her name was Nicole, well, she stopped by the Center for Fun, or…FunCenter, if you will, and she came here to have her supersweetseniorsnaps taken, and she came right on in here to this ‘FunCenter’, and she lit up our studio, and…if you will forgive me for being so cheesy…our lives – even if only for a few hours – and she did this not just because she had nothing better to do, and she just happened to have a car full of clothes and had the day off from work, no, she did this because she chose to come to us for her totally awesome pics, even though she could have gone anywhere else for them, but no, she chose us, and that makes us feel all special and warm and happy inside, because it gives us a feeling of validation, and it tells us that people – like Nicole – well, that people like her like us, and we think that that is pretty awesome because Nicole is pretty awesome herself, and when somebody as totally awesome as Nicole takes a liking to us, that’s like…totally awesome, if you know what I mean, and I think that you do, because I’m guessing that you out there in blogland reading this is probably totally awesome as well, and knows what it’s like to either be totally awesome, or to have someone that is totally awesome dig you, you dig?

Whoa.

I’m just gonna let that sentence hang in the air for a bit.

OK.  I think we’re better now.  Sooooo…what I was trying to say there is that we had the good time good luck of working with the one and only Nicole, and she was awesome!  MuchLove & ManyThanks to her for stopping by, and to me good peeps out there in Land of Blog enjoying a Summer day so fine – Enjoy!

Eric!

Hello there, it’s me again.  Your local neighborhood Otis.  Kind of like Applebee’s, but in human form.  And I don’t have all that fake memorabilia nailed to my body, and you don’t have to wait with some space-age giant flashing beeper for an hour just so you can sit near me.  Besides that, I’m just like Applebee’s…but I won’t sing that birthday song either.

Speaking of either, either way, none of that really makes all that much of a difference, as this has nothing to do with that.  What this has to do with (I really don’t know where to go with this sentence any more, and I’m just tempted to put a period on the end of it and call it a day, but I won’t give up now, especially after putting this much effort in to it), is a Senior by the name of Eric!

For those of you that know me (and that consists of about five people and a doggie), you know that I happen to have a brother by the name of Eric!  He is my older brother.  He was punk-rock, and I was more into the soundtrack from Annie (ok, keep your little comments and snickers to yourselves on that one, I’m just being honest here.)  So the name has always conjured up visions of feathered hair (which was pretty cool at one point), and then mohawks, First Avenue and his girlfriend Kathy that I had the biggest crush on (direct quote, “Uhhh…Kathy, you can just have my 01FS1″ target=”_blank”>October tape…that’s cool.”)

So just by default, Eric came to the FunCenter with some good vibrations already surrounding him [ed.  How are the Sixties treating you, Mr. Hippy?]!  He strolled right on in here, not with a mohawk or a girlfriend named Kathy (although there might be one named Kathy…I guess I never really asked), but instead he came in here ready to rock up his SweetlySweet SeniorSnaps!

My dear friends of Blog, I’m here at this fine hour of the day to assure you that rock it up he did.  He rocked, he rolled, he owned the thing.  He is what we in the business of pictography like to call a strong shoot.  Straight up, my friends.  Would I lie to you about such things?  I think not.  What’s that?  You say that you want some evidence to back up these statements?

Well, how about I just wrap up this wordfest here, and give you the evidence that you are seeking.  Before I do this, I’m going to give the mighty MuchLove to Eric for living up to the expectations of his name, well, not just living up, but exceeding them (sorry, brother Eric, as I seem to recall your senior year pic involving a mullet)!  And to you, my good people of blog out there ravenous for new pics – Enjoy!
