Back Home with Josh & Aftin

Our cross-state tour ended today, just in time for the wedding of Joshua & Aftin. In yet another instance of a long-distance wedding, we finally met both the Bride & Groom today. They are a wonderful couple, and they too have very gracious and hospitable families.

We had a great time with the Bride, Groom and wedding party – and we’d like to share some photographs from the day.

Enjoy!

On the Road . Post #3 – Matt & Kim

We were finally able to meet both Matt & Kim today, and it happened to be on their Wedding Day. Since we had our equipment with us, we thought we’d help out.

As it sometimes goes with long-distance weddings, we weren’t able to meet both the Bride & Groom together until the event itself, but due to the incredible amount of hospitality that was afforded us, we were made to feel like family. We were lucky because the sister of Matt is a good friend to Otis & James – Ali (click here for proof).

The wedding was gorgeous, we were happy to be a part of it – congratulations to the new Husband & Wife!
Here’s some pixels from the day – Enjoy!

On The Road . Post#2

We spent the night at the house of Bailey, Ali and Elise. They were kind enough to house the Otis & James Caravan of Love, and for that we say a big thank you!

In addition, we also had the pleasure to dine & drink with Robb & Caley – visit them at Robojack Studios. Their work is phenomenal – if you happen to be near Grand Forks this coming weekend, be sure to visit Robb at the Grand Cities Art Fair. He’ll be at booth T-21.

Here’s some pics of Bailey and Elise – Meow!

On the Road . Post #1

Crossing the state to bring our services to you…Otis & James.
We began the day in Bismarck, stopped back home in Minot where we had the pleasure of experiencing a minor plumbing nightmare (is there such a thing as anything minor involving plumbing), and then hit the road again, this time with Fargo as our destination.

Immediately upon arrival, we had a shoot with Shawn & Meg. They put up with us (and the killer swarm of mosquitoes) long enough to get the job done – and even get some cute pics! Below are a couple of samples –

Enjoy!

Wooden Guns

The title makes it seem like it should be a post written by CSN&Y. As much as we like the band, this is actually about the young man that Jamie had the pleasure of working with this past Friday.

We got some good stuff, so we thought we’d share it with you (even though it’s a little late). Enjoy!

Changes to the Site

This used to be my favorite title. But there actually have been some more changes. Check out the updated Weddings page for new images. You never know, you just might see a picture of yourself up there! Or maybe not! That’s just how crazy it is! I love exclamation marks!!

For Reba

A little bit of the lake, compliments of Otis & James & Ringo.

Enjoy Becky!

Two by Two

There was a great rain in Minot yesterday (ark-worthy), and right in the middle of it we had a shoot with our old friend Kasey. We were also visited by the lovely Hope from International Hairstyling, located in the International Inn right here in beautiful Minot – she provided hair and makeup for the shoot.

After a mad dash to the studio by all of us, we were able to get some great shots. So a big O&J thanks to both of them for all their help. Mad props to ya…mad props.

Here’s some samples of the work – hope you enjoy!
