A Senior Quick Teaser || Now With Erica!

I’ve run out of words.  So it’s time to take the words of another.  But before we delve into a poem by Lord Byron, I would be remiss if we didn’t send MuchLove to Erica for stopping by FunCenter and letting us have a little part in her universe, if only for a moment or two.  And to all my peeps out there in Land of Blog just hoping for a poem  – Enjoy!

She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;
And all that’s best of dark and bright
Meet in her aspect and her eyes:
Thus mellow’d to that tender light
Which heaven to gaudy day denies.

One shade the more, one ray the less,
Had half impaired the nameless grace
Which waves in every raven tress,
Or softly lightens o’er her face;
Where thoughts serenely sweet express
How pure, how dear their dwelling-place.

And on that cheek, and o’er that brow,
So soft, so calm, yet eloquent,
The smiles that win, the tints that glow,
But tell of days in goodness spent,
A mind at peace with all below,
A heart whose love is innocent!

-Lord Byron

A Senior Quick Teaser || The Megan Edition!

As if the awesome couldn’t get any more awesomer (it’s a word, kind of) we have some more awesome headed right for you.  And it’s some totally rad awesome.  The kind of awesome that you might only read about or might have heard about via stories told around a campfire late at night when people are trying to out awesome one another.  It’s a wonderful awesome.  A powerful awesome.  What kind of awesome is it, you might be asking?  Others of you may be asking ‘did he take his meds today’ or ‘what in the flip is he talking about?’ – but none of that is important.  The only thing that matters is that we have gathered here today at this moment to partake in the quick teaser superseniorsamplesnap from the lovely Megan!

And that’s the answer to what kind of awesome you are experiencing.  As far as the other questions, I have no answers, and if I did would it really matter?  No.  But now, these words I am typing are growing weary.  We need to put them to rest.  So before you feast your eyes on the happy image below, let us send MuchLove to Megan for being so wonderful to work with, and let us also remind all of our good peeps out there on Electric Avenue in the Land of Blog to – Enjoy!

A Senior Quick Teaser || And This Time It’s Shanta!

Do we have time for another one?  That is a question often asked by people performing on stage, you know…it’s one of them rock-n-roll clichés, akin to ‘how you all doin’ out there tonight’ and ‘are you ready to rock’ or ‘thank you Cleveland’ – there all part of the big playbook of phrases they can use but already know the answer too.  And I already know the answer to this one too.  Yes.  We have time for another one.  Because this is the Interwebz, silly.  Time doesn’t matter.  But what does matter is that this quick teaser pic is of the completely wondrous Shanta!

And the other thing that matters is that not only did Shanta come to the FunCenter to take her sweetlyseniorsnaps, she also just happened to completely dominate.  She owned the session.  She rocked, she rolled – she was (and is) awesome.  And that’s a fact jack.  So we don’t need any clichés, all we need to do is give MuchLove to Shanta for being so incredibly awesome, and to all my good People of Blogville enjoying this fine evening or morning or afternoon – Enjoy!

A Senior Quick Teaser || With Jessica!

Good times about to happen.  You know why?  Because we have a lovely lady and a samplesnap from her senior pics that goes by the name of Jessica.  Which means one thing.  I get to bust out a totally awesome song that just happens to be called ‘Jessica!’

But wait!  Before we go down the path of both musical and optical enjoyment, we must give MuchLove to Jessica for giving us some of her sweet & precious time, and to all of my good and happy peeps out there in Land of Blog just doin’ what they gotta do to get by – Enjoy!

A Senior Quick Teaser || Forrest!

Lorem Ipsum.  I might as well be typing that all up in here because with the samplesnaps as sweet as they are, this is really just placeholder text.  But I soldier on.  Or I solder on.  Whichever.  And I do it because I want to give at least 35%, 19% of the time.

My peeps.  These words…they have no meaning.  The only thing that really matters is that there was this place in time and space that wasn’t really all that long ago when this man named Forrest stepped into the world of o&j, and the rest is pictographic history.  It’s all ones and zeroes now.  But the deal, the deal is that all of this digital-ness equals out to be some pretty awesome pics.  And that, my good friends, is what matters.  So now, we put these silly words down, and we get to the part where we give MuchLove to Forrest for stopping by FunCenter, and we remind all of you good peeps out there in Blogville to – Enjoy!

A Senior Quick Teaser || The Lovely Emi!

Do you really need me to say anything about this lovely lady, or the equally lovely samplesnap below these frivolous words?  Regardless of what you think, and even though I know that you don’t need me to say anything about this lovely lady or the lovely samplesnap, I’m going to.  Because I love the sound of my own voice, even if it is in typed form I still love to see what my voice could be saying.  But enough about me and my ego, let’s get back to the awesomeness that is Emi!

She stopped by the FunCenter and just her presence alone brightened the day for all of us (with the exception of the poor people trapped in the basement office, sitting in front of their computer screens all day completely unaware if it’s morning, noon or night…sitting in silence, the low hum of the computers and the ticking of the clock slowly pounding its way into their minds…so yeah…they got the short end of the stick on that deal)!

We want to thank Emi for being so awesome and for letting us take the senior pictographs of you, and to all my other happy people out there in Land of Blog – Enjoy!

A Senior Quick Teaser || Featuring Cole!

Red.  Right on.  I dig this.  Cole owns this.  Straight up, no chaser.

And that’s all I gotta say.

But you hold on right there for a second, because before we blast off into the world of diggin’ on this samplesnap, we have to throw down MuchLove to Cole for stopping by the o&j, and we gotta tell all you peeps out there in Blogland to  – Enjoy!

A Senior Quick Teaser || Georgie!

Round and round the Otis & James wheel of Fortune spins again, and this time the lucky recipient of the quick teaser is the one & only Georgie!  Well, let me clear up a couple of things about that statement.  First, there is no ‘Wheel of Fortune’ that we keep at the studio.  They are really huge and they cost a whole bunch, so we decided against it.  Second, I’m actually just given a list of people that have pictures ready to go online, they are usually sent to me via an e.mail that has the subject heading of ‘bloggers’ or ‘seniors’ or ‘get these up ASAP’  – I’ve seen all of those and more.

But those factual corrections aside, it’s time for us to lovingly look at the samplesnaps from the ever lovely Georgie!  But wait!!  Before we do that we must send MuchLove to her for stopping by the studio and letting us have some of her sweet & precious time, and to all my other good peeps out there in Land of Blog – Enjoy!

Senior Quick Teaser || And It’s Cale!

As I write this, it’s the middle of the night.  As you read this, it very well might be the middle of the day.  And that day might be today, or that day might be tomorrow.  But that tomorrow might be today for one person, and that next day might be yesterday to someone else.  It’s all about perspective, and space and time.  And what does this have to do with anything?  Again, it’s all about perspective.  For example, you might be sitting there in your land of blog house and you might be thinking, ‘what on Earth does this have to do with Cale?’

Yep.  You very well could and most definitely should be asking that question by now, and let me tell you this – it has nothing to do with Cale, and it has everything to do with Cale!  You see, my good peeps of Blog – because there was a moment in the fabric of time (I’m not really sure how time is like a fabric, but I’m just going to go with it) when Cale arrived at the FunCenter for some superawesomeseniorpics (it’s a word, trust me) – and it doesn’t really make a difference when this time was, the only thing that matters is that this time has now been frozen.  The picture below these words, the very words themselves have taken the moment and crystallized it into something tangible, however fleeting it may be.

And that tangible thing – it’s what we call ‘awesome.’  And Cale brought it to the o&j in spades.  And now that I have sufficiently blown my own mind, it’s time to put these silly words to bed, offer up MuchLove to Cale for stopping by the FunCenter, and remind all of my good peeps out there in Blogland to – Enjoy!

Cale!

A Senior Quick Teaser || It’s Bethany!

Say what now?  You want to see some pictoriffic senior portrait goodness on your computer screen right now?  And you still call it a computer screen?  Well then, have I got the goods for you!  And those goods go by the name of Bethany!

Now, I don’t want to subjigate Bethany to being a ‘thing,’ because she is far more than that – she is a person, dangit!  And not just any person – she is a lovely person filled with pictographic goodness (and I’m sure all sorts of other goodness, but during a shoot we only have a limited amount of time and we find that it makes people kind of uncomfortable when we try to pry into their souls during a shoot ((let that be a lesson for all of you photog’s just starting out))) and we are here to demonstrate through the miracle of the interwebs just how awesome she is!

And how will we do that, you ask?  Simple!  As soon as these words are done you are going to gaze at the lovely sample snap of this wonderful lady and you will be filled with happiness!  And if not, then it’s because you are a curmudgeon.  So, now is the time that we give MuchLove to Bethany for being so awesome, and to all the good peeps out there in Blogville – Enjoy!
