Blogathon v.4 – Steve & Brittany

As if that wasn’t enough, we managed to scoot back to The Magic City just in time to partake in the wedding of our old friends Steve & Brittany (also known as the greatest living supporter of ‘the blog’ we have ever encountered.)

You may also remember this beautiful couple from a previous post in which there was some confusion as to the name of this man Brittany took to be her husband on this fine day. Well, I was determined not to make the same mistake again, and I am almost 98% positive that I did not call Steve by any other name other than Steve, although I may have, in a moment of stress or confusion, or under great duress call him another name, or I may not have, but I’m pretty much sure that it was all Steve, all the time.

Again, regardless of all this, they made the day and evening great – we are thankful that we were able to share this with them! To the Bride & Groom – congratulations, and to everyone – Enjoy!

Blogathon v.3 – Phil & Courtney

And then on Saturday, the fun continued all the way up in Mohall, where we joined Phil & Courtney on their wedding day too!!

They were super-fun, as was their family – it was evident that they were all excited as the sheer volume of cameras and individuals taking photographs was on the same par as frenzied paparazzi! They were fun, beautiful, and we wish them a hearty congratulations from O&J. As usual, I will shut-up now and get on with the photographs – Enjoy!

Blogathon v.2 – Dan & Kami

Then this past Friday we spent the day with Dan & Kami – and it was their wedding – how crazy??!! This was a great group to work with – totally fun, as James (Jamie) also has the pleasure of attending high school with the vast majority of all involved with the event.

As Otis is really old, and not from here, he did not know many of the people (other than the Bride & Groom), but they even made him (me) feel special (got that?) Regardless, we had a great time, and thank Dan & Kami for including us in their day. Enough of my non-stop blathering, and let’s get on with the pics – Enjoy!

Blogathon v.1 – Patty

First up in our day of entries is the lovely and so friendly Patty. We had the pleasure of working with her this past Tuesday (we are soooooooooo behind with this). She came down to our studio (now our old studio), and we then voyaged around the downtown area, and in the process got a ton of great stuff!

We were then going to continue our voyage to far away places (actually not all that far away), but good ol’ Mother Nature kind of covered up the sun. So we had to suspend play for the evening, but come back soon to see the thrilling conclusion to our shoot. For now, here’s some samples of our time together – Enjoy!

Labor Day Blogathon

Things have been oh-so crazy in the Otis & James world of late. You see, we’ve managed to move into a new location over the past few days. We will be fully updating the site to reflect these changes, but for now take comfort in the fact that we are back up and running at 100%!

We begin now the process of blogging all that we have been up to of late – for those that have been waiting for your blog entry, wait no longer! There is a ton of stuff waiting to go up, so keep peeling your eyeballs and you will soon see all sorts of new stuff – and in addition keep your eyes double-peeled to see pics of the new studio! Enough of this nonsense, let’s got on with this Labor Day Blog-athon.

Peace out, G’s.

Megan

For you regular blog readers out there (I’m talking to you, Elise from Moorhead), the titles of our posts have really just evolved into the first names of our clients. I’ve tried the alliteration thing, but that get’s old – you know, ‘Monday Megan’ really seems like we’re just phoning it in – so we’re going to stick with the uncomplicated, and elegant ‘Megan’ – and speaking of Megan, that’s just the person we had the great pleasure of working with this gorgeous evening!

Our beautiful day working with great clients continued with Megan – we thank her and her lovely assistant (Mom), as they were totally great to work with! Again, I will quit with all of my nonsensical jabbering and get on with some samples of the work – Enjoy!

Kayla!

We got off to an early start in the land of Otis & James today (when I write stuff like that, it seems like I’m going to segue into talk of wizzards/gnomes/elves and what not – but I won’t.) We rose early morning style to partake in the senior portraitizing of our friend from Mandan, Kayla.

She was great, rip-roaring and ready to go! We had a beautiful day to work with, and had a great client to work with as well – I will now quit all of this rambling nonsense and get to a couple samples our work together – Enjoy!

Dana, The Second Time

I’m a firm believer that all things happen for a reason, which is why our original time scheduled with Dana hit a few snags, and we had to postpone until today. You see, today was a great day for photographs – in fact, it was gorgeous! We had a great time with Dana, and her faithful assistant (again, Mom.) They made the shoot great, and for that we say thank you!! Here’s some pics from the day (or in all reality, evening.) – Enjoy!

Sundays With Sean & Chelsea

There were three possibilities for the winner of this post title, but in the issue of fairness the decision was based on the good ol’ first come/first serve basis. The winner was Sean & Chelsea. Congratulations on winning this coveted post title, and also on your upcoming marriage.

All kidding aside, we had a great time working with this super-fun/good-looking couple, and thank them for making the journey to be with us on this beautiful Sunday. Here’s some samples from the shoot – Enjoy
