And Now…Matia – The Conclusion

After some frantic moments at the start of the day, Matia was able to join us for an early morning photog sesh (that’s professional photographic lingo for ‘photographic session’). She was blessed with another beautiful morning here in the land of Minotia (something we have been lacking so much of lately!)

This was another thrilling conclusion (you can find the first post here), and even though we are sad to see our time pass with her, we are happy with the results – Enjoy!

Shawna In The AM

We in Otis & James world were able to complete our time with the ever so lovely Shawna this morning (you can find her previous post here) – and a glorious morning it was!

We all came together in the name of getting some sweet photographs, and sweet photographs is what we got! We thank Shawna for coming in so early on a Saturday (I know I wouldn’t have during my Senior year), and for being so easy to work with. You know how this goes – off with the words and on to the snaps – Enjoy!

Danyiele!

Yesterday morning, we had the great pleasure of meeting and working with the ever-so-friendly Danyiele and her two personal assistants (Mom & Sister.) We had an absolutely glorious day to work with, and Danyiele put up with the sometimes chilling breeze (more like high wind), and blinding light like a total trooper!

The results of her bravery show – we got a ton of great snappy snaps, and now I would just like to stop all of my jibberish-speak, and would like to show you just a few samples from our time together. To Danyiele and her assistants, thank you – and to everyone else – Enjoy!

P.S. – And we managed to lock ourselves out of the Studio during the middle of the shoot. Special thanks to the lovely Ali for saving us, and for Danyiele and her crew for putting up with us!

Sara . The Conclusion

Next up on Thursday was again another old friend, Sara and her lovely assistant (Mom too!) If you click here, you will find that she first was Wednesday Sara, but now she has moved up to being Thursday Sara! The sun came out, and Sara rocked it up for the thrilling conclusion to her session. We say thank you to Sara and her assistant, and offer these photographs as a token of our appreciation – Enjoy!

Laura . The Conclusion

This past Thursday afternoon, we were finally able to complete the shoot of our friend, Laura! You can find her first post here, and now we have the icing on the cake. Thank you to Laura and her assistant (Mom) for coming down this afternoon, and – Enjoy!

Rollin’ With Katie

This afternoon we were joined by Katie and her family for some Totally Sweet Senior Portraits. They came to our studio, and brought with them two of the biggest props we have ever worked with. The smell of gasoline was a welcome addition to the studio (mmmmmm….gasoline), and these props were not only great, but more importantly Katie was absolutely great to work with (and so was her family!)

We thank them for taking the time to visit us here in the land of Otis & James, and want to let them know how much fun we had working together. Enough of all my talking, let’s get on with the snappy-snaps – Enjoy!

Nikki in the AM!

This morning, we had the great pleasure of working with the totally and completely awesome Nikki (or as I like to type, Nikke)! She was joined by special guest star/sister Miranda – which we were acquainted with from a previous shoot. We awoke to find that the sun was blazin’ and the birds were singin’ – it was an absolutely perfect day (except for the fact that the pine trees had all lost their leaves.)

Nikki was great and Miranda was her high-energy self, and this made our shoot today absolutely wunder-full! Nikki had a smile that was absolutely incredible, and is such a natural at this! We thank them for making the trip to Minot, and hope to see them again soon! Well, I will stop talking now and will get to the snappy-snaps – Enjoy!

And Kip Too!

Our day of Senior Madness (that sounds like it might be found in the latter stages of life) concluded yesterday with a visit from the completely rockin’ Kip! He brought his unique brand of rugged manliness, combined with a burning charm that has made him famous the world over.

I really want to write copy for E! True Hollywood Strories. Anyway, he blasted his way through our time together with supreme confidendce, and did not show fear when it appeared that we might have to go head to head with another photographer. He had our back, and for that we offer these photographs as thanks – Enjoy!

Trina!

Our day of Seniors continued yesterday with a visit from the lovely Trina! She along with her special assistant (Mom) stopped by the studio, and both were completely awesome to work with – they totally brightened up good ol’ Otis & James!

We had a great time working with Trina – her smile was absolutely perfect! We thank both her and her assistant for taking time from their day to stop down, and now offer some samples from the day – Enjoy!

Missy!

Again, this morning we arose to start the day with our new friend, Missy! What can I say about Missy…well…how about she totally rocked it up! She went crazy. She’s a crazy being photographed person. She is straight up mad. How about that? Me thinks these statements should describe to you how our shoot went this morning.

Again, due to the completely craptacular weather, we will have to return again to the land of ‘the blog’ to see the super-thrilling conclusion to our shoot – but for now take solace in these few precious images we have from our time together – Enjoy!
