A Message From Matt & Jamie

We would like to thank everyone that expressed their condolences to us during this past week. It has been a tough month for us, and the support that we have received from our friends, family and clients has been of great importance.

It has been difficult for us, as the business really only consists of Jamie and myself. The loss of my father was an event that greatly impacted us on a personal level, and likewise has had an impact on the business too. We know there has been frustration from our clients during this time, but be assured that absolutely every effort has been made over this period to ensure a continuity of services to our clients. We know that turn-around times have been extended, but your needs as a client have not been forgotten. We also understand that life goes on, and time marches on.

Over the coming days, we will regain the service times that we normally expect, and hope to return to whatever normal is around here. Both Jamie & myself were faced with difficult decisions over this past month in regards to our time management. I am thankful that our focus was on spending time with my father, as the importance of this far surpasses any other choice that could have been made.

My dad was very proud of our business; he had the opportunity to see it grow from the baby stages to where it is now. He was also a believer in hard work, and we know that he wouldn’t want the business to suffer over him. We will honor his memory, and we will do this by continuing to build our business, and by serving our clients needs.

We thank you for your understanding, and we promise to never get so heavy on you again.

Much Love
One Love

  1. Matt & Jamie:

I am truly sorry for your recent loss and I am even more sorry for some of the extra grief that may have been placed upon you by certain people during this trying time. I am actually appalled, maybe I could go as far as saying I am down right disgusted, by some of the comments I am hearing about some comments you received during these trying times.

The fact that you even have to place a message like this on your web site explaining and apologizing to your customers because of what happened makes me sick to my stomach. If anything, you should have placed a link on there for people, that were so inconsiderate to both of you during this time, could write in and apologize to you, not the other way around.

It’s always nice to see a local business take that huge leap and then succeed and stick around and not be shoved out of town by larger businesses. You would think that people that live in these smaller communities would understand that and appreciate that more. I always thought of smaller communities as being more of a family community where other’s always looked out for one another, and when something happened to somebody, it was like it affected the whole community. But I think this shows how society, no matter where you go is turning more to the “It’s All About Me!” attitude, which is truly sad.

Again, I want to say how truly sorry I am for your loss, and I wish both of you all the success and happiness that you deserve.
