Only a Few Sessions Left In November!
Alright, it’s time once again for my weekly report about…let’s see if you can guess it…PORTRAIT SESSIONS!
As you can tell by my use of all caps and bold, we’re not joking around here. Â We just want to let you know that if you were thinking about getting pics taken in time for the Holidays, there are still a couple of session times open!
Time’s-a-wastin’…don’t delay! We will book these times. In the words of Benjamin Franklin, ‘The early bird catches the worm!’ Actually, I don’t think he said that, but it seems that people will listen if you mention him. It’s a proven fact. Look it up. But before you do that, call us if you want to get in!
These last sessions will book quickly! Â Don’t drag your feet!

Holy cow. It seems like the blog came to a screeching halt a couple of days ago on the o&j Micro Election, and suddenly this blog became yet another one of those crazy political blogs that are all the rage these days. Well, my dear goodly good peeps of blog, I’m here to assure you on this wintry Sunday (btw, ‘wintry’ is a fun word) that no such thing has happened…so we’re going to put all of that behind us and get back to the goods, get back to the real deal, get back to the basics. We’re gonna get back to where it all came from. Get Back. Get Bac…whoa…sorry about that. Some sort of a Beatles flashback going on there. But what we’re going to get back to is what you all really have come here for, and that’s to see some lovely samplesnaps!
This edition of o&j supersweetlysamplesnaps is of none other than the totally awesome and beautiful, the gorgeous couple that we like to call Alyssa & Jason! My good people of Blogland, I’m here to tell you that people all over the world call this couple Alyssa & Jason, but we have another name for them as well. And now I’m thinking that you want me to inform you of what this name is. And to you out there that may be wondering this, I will tell you. Because that’s the kind of dude that I am. A dude that will not hold anything back from my faithful citizens of Blogville. So, what we like to call this wondrous couple…is totally and completely awesome.
You heard me. Totally and completely awesome. So, the next time that you are walking down the street and you see Alyssa & Jason, you could either be all, ‘Hey…what’s up Alyssa & Jason?!’, or you could be supercool and be all, ‘Yo! What is up there totally and completely totally awesome couple?!’ – either will work. Give it a try next time that you see them.
So, with these words of wisdom circling around your brain, I think it shall be the time that we give a big ol’ MuchLove & ManyThanks to this awesome couple for giving us a little bit of their sweet & precious time, and to all my good people out there in Land of Blog making snow angels – Enjoy!

The o&j Micro-Election!
Well, here you go my good people of Blog! Â Your votes have been cast, the numbers have been tallied, and the results are below. Â Remember, this was just an informal poll and in no way should be taken as a true indicator of anything, it was just a micro-election in the world of Blogville!

Loading ...As If This Night Couldn’t Get Any Better…It’s The Family Schmidt!
In the words of some Irish poet out there, ‘how can beauty be so kind, to an ordinary guy?’…and those words couldn’t be any more true when we speak of the one and only, our friends to the West, once again…The Family Schmidt!
The only thing to change with that quote is that their beauty is not just kind to this ordinary guy, but also to the one & only Queen James, not to mention all out there in the land of the interweb (it’s a series of tubes, it is not a truck, and if you dump on it, it’ll get clogged up…I just got an internet my staff sent me last week…LAST WEEK…and it’s because these tubes, they’re being dumped on, and the interweb is not a truck…it’s a series of tubes) that gaze at these wondrous samplesnaps just a waiting for you below these stung-out words that are most likely getting in the way of you looking at the pics, and you’re sitting there wondering when it is that I’m going to stop with all of this nonsense and just let you go, to be free to look at the samplesnaps, and instead I’m like that teacher in your last class on the last day of school that just won’t shut up about whatever it is they’re talking about, because the only thing you can think about is how totally awesome the Summer is going to be, so I’ll stop.
I don’t want to be that teacher.
Instead, I want to be like the teacher that on the last day of class realizes that there is no more hope in trying to cram knowledge in your brain, and instead just sits back and makes sure that the class doesn’t devolve into total and complete anarchy. Â You know that teacher. Â Usually called ‘the cool teacher.’ Â And that’s me.
With all of that filling your mind, and filling up the series of tubes that is the internet, I want to give a huuuuuuuuge MuchLove & ManyThanks to this sweetlysweet family for making the journey to Minot for us, and for the totally awesome baked goodies (they understand that they way into the heart of the Otis James is through baked goods) – you guys are the best!
OK. Â Gotta run now, I’m going to a rave & my glowsticks just got here. Â To all my good peeps out there in Land of Blog sitting in front of the cool glow of your tube collecting station – Enjoy!
