Andy & Charity!

This past Sunday afternoon our old friends Andy & Charity finally came out from behind the scenes and moved up in front of the lens. Working with this gorgeous couple made our work as easy as could be (even the puppies were great!)

All in all, fun was had by all! Charity has been a part of the Otis & James family for a while now – some of our Seniors may recognize her from their sessions, so it’s always nice to work with friends! You know what, I’m going to stop stammering on like some sort of a drunken fool and will now move on to what were here for, the snappy-snaps – Enjoy!

Eric & Lindsey!

This past Saturday morning we were visited in the Otis & James SuperCenter by none other than our new friends Eric & Lindsey!

They shone their amalgamation of southern hospitality and west coast good vibes all around the studio, and the results were super-fantastic! We thank them for brightening up an otherwise dreary morning, and offer these snaps as a token of our gratitude – Enjoy!

Three Lovely Ladies!

Our day of a million photographs came to a sweet conclusion with a visit from the Spear family! What a total and complete joy these absolutely wonderful ladies were to work with!

We had fun coloring, reading, and sliding around the round white wall and seeing the red room! Every shot was awesome, and we thank this lovely group (and Mom too!) for coming down to visit us this evening. Thank you for bringing the day to a lovely end – Enjoy!

The Family Aannerud!

The hits just came on a comin’ today at Otis & James, and this stretch continued with Original Otis & James clients, the Aannerud family! They’ve been with us (mostly with James) for a long time now, if you look closely you may even find some very younger versions of two members of the family in the Life category (big kudos if you can find it.)

The family was great to work with, and we got some totally sweet shots! We want to thank the family for taking time this evening and making the trek to the studio, and also for the bag of M&M’s left behind in the dressing room! Well, enough of these letters and spaces forming sentences, and let’s get to the pics – Enjoy!

Andrea (mini post)

Day 92 of the quest to complete the portraits of Andrea came and passed today.
Keep the faith.
More to follow.

Much thanks to Andrea and faithful assistant (new O&J regular, Michael).

Kelsey…One More Time!

After an initial burst of photographs (which seems like it was about five moths ago), we in the world of Otis & James were finally able to complete our time with the ever-friendly Kelsey, and her lovely assistant (MoM* – you may remeber them from their previous post here.)

We had an absolutely glorious day to work with, and Kelsey too brought her A game, and we all just totally tore it up. We visited gravel pits, dried up creek beds which were no longer dried up, places with bad things painted on the walls, and finally in an old trailer. All in all, it was a morning filled with an eclectic group of places, but it was all held together by the lovely Kelsey.

We thank her and her assitant for making the trip to see us, and we will now dispense with all this non-sensical jibberish and move to the snappy-snaps – Enjoy!

JDee.

How did we conclude our day yesterday, you ask? We did it in the most perfect way, working with none other than the immaculate JDee! Poised, confident, and any other number of adjectives for ‘totally awesome’ is all we can say.

We thank JDee and her lovely assistant (Mom) for taking time from their day for us, and as a token of our thanks we offer these photographs of our time together – Enjoy!

Jacqueline!

Yesterday morning we were joined in the Otis & James nerve center by not only the lovely Jacqueline, but also her faithful assistant, Bentley (I don’t know what the story is, but over the past few days we’ve had nothing but really fancy dogs stopping by the studio of late – first Gucci, and now good ol’ Bents!) His friends call him Bents. I’m his friend.

They both came ready to tear it up in the studio and in the ootdoor land that surrounds our studio, and rock it up they both did. We had a great time working with this dynamic duo, and hope that they come by our place again, as they brought sunshine and rainbows with them!

Seeing as how I’ve used the word ‘rainbow’ in this post, I think that it has now become time for us to stop the jibber-jabber and get on with the goods. So – Enjoy!

Tyler, Indeed.

This evening we were paid a visit from hard-core Green Bay fan Tyler in the Otis & James super studio. We kept it short and sweet, and went straight to kick out the jams mode.

Tyler was happy to oblige our ‘short and sweet’ approach, and he did it in style! We thank him and his assistant (Mom) for making the trek to O&J, and as thanks we’d like to offer up some samples of our work together – Enjoy!

Macken…Mcke…Maken….McKinzey*!!

We had the great pleasure of working with McKinzey this evening! I’ll tell you what, McKinzey seriously had her stuff together. She tore it up mad style. She went crazy on us. Working with McKinzey was the best way for us to end the day!

We totally and completely had a great time working with her, as her total ease with a camera shone through all she did. We want to throw her mad props (see how hip I am by using modern street slang) for being such a gem, and for letting Otis try on so many different items of her clothing; and for letting James be near a sea of purses.

Well, if anybody out there can look at the following photographs and give us a heads up as to what the accurate spelling of Whitney’s name is – it would be greatly appreciated. So, enough crazed ranting, and on with the pics – Enjoy!
