Well hello there my good friends of Blog! There’s no need to worry your pretty little blog heads, as we are back in the pilot seat (pilot seat…captains chair…leader sitting device – they’re all the same) and ready to take control of the StarShip OJ (again, in no way is it affiliated with anybody with the first named ‘Orenthal’, but there is a ‘James’. Thank you, parents, for not naming me ‘Orenthal’, as we totally would have had to of had ((could those words have been any stranger a combination?)) named the business something else, and that would have been lame, because we would have been all ‘Tender Moments Photogratorium’, and nobody would have wanted to have visited us then, as anything with ‘orium’ in it is not any fun for anyone) and take us back to a time, oh so not so long ago when we had the good pleasure of working with our new friends, Allison & Mark!

They did not come here to hear (again, a strange combination of words) ol’ otis sing 14 of his favorite sea shanty’s (album dropping in June), or to hear James recite her favorite recipes (you should really hear the one for corn dog’s and mac & cheese), no no no. They came here for some supersweet e.pics!

They, my good people of blog, did not disappoint! They sweetly rocked, they sweetly rolled, and – between you & me – let’s just say that the results were fantastic! Why oh why must you listen to me rattle on and on about it, you should probably just let the samplesnaps be your proof. One more thing. MuchLove to Allison & Mark for giving us a little bit of their time, and to all my good and patient peeps out there in Land of Blog – Enjoy!

And the hits just keep on coming, one right after another at the Otis & James Fun Center for Fun & Fun Addiction (O&JFCFF&FA…now nationally accredited…‘We Don’t Treat Addictions To Fun…We Encourage Them!‘), and next up on our Cavalcade of SuperStars was Courtney & Mike!

The decided to stop to our little section of Main Street for some totally awesome e.pics (please don’t tell me that I gotta tell you what this means…alright…just this last time…for all of you squares out there it means ‘engagement pics’…I swear, you gotta stay hip, don’t make me repeat my hipster slang!),and – rest assured my friends – some totally awesome e.pics were exactly what they got!

Now, I could sit here and tell you that the reason why their pics were so sweet was because we’re just that good, I mean, we’re otis & james, yo…dang. If I were to do that, however, I would be lying. The reason why their pics were so good was because they were so good! Folks, you heard it here first. The reason why is not because of us, it’s because our clients know how to rock. Straight up. That’s why we have the pre-session ‘rock it up’ screening test to see if you’re eligible for the FunCenter. Enough about us, back to the story here.

Man oh man oh man, gotta give the MuchLove to Courtney & Mike for coming all the way from cities so twin to visit us, and I gotta tell my good peeps of blog and anyone else out there that happens to be stuck reading this – Enjoy!

Oh hello there! Thanks for stopping by again. Well, now that we have the pleasantries of out the way, I bet you’re thinking that there is going to be a bunch of silly words that lead up to the real reason why you’re here, and that’s the supershinyhappy pictosnaps that are just sitting here at the bottom of these words just waiting to be ogled (really, that’s a word…totally looked it up…whoa…actually did just look it up, and it’s a little skeevy, but I’ll leave it in…what the heck, right?! The More You Know!)

Well, I bet you’re sitting there thinking that. I bet you’re thinking that I’m going to ramble on and on and on about how lucky we are to have such gorgeous clients, and how easy & fun they were to work with. And, I bet you’re thinking that I’m going to ramble on about how our time with them was far too quick, and we can’t wait until their wedding. Yep. I know you, and I know you’re thinking that. But you know what? You’re wrong.

Heidi & Chris!

Sometimes people come to FunCenter thinking that, contrary to its name, it’s not going to be all that fun. They think that they’re gonna stumble in, there’s going to be an older severe German woman sitting at the front desk, holding nothing more than a ruler and a whip, and that once you’ve checked in with her, she will then lead you to our basement all-cement & fluorescent lit studio, to the steel bench in the corner, and then somebody will wander out of a door marked ‘Danger/Flammable’ holding a Polaroid camera, (did I mention that the only sound is of a clock ticking?), an after a period where the photographer cracks their knuckles, a four-hour long shoot commences.

Well, to those of you that think this – you’re wrong. Jamie isn’t that old.

No No NO! It is nothing like this! Proof of which can be found with superlovely friends of o&j, none other than Heidi & Chris! Now, perhaps going into it, they may have wondered what it was going to be like, and they may have even thought, ‘crap…I could be at home on my couch right now’, but, as soon as they realized that FunCenter is not just a name, it is a frame of Mind, all was well!

Not only did they dig it, they were good at it too! Wahoo for Heidi & Chris! Wahooo for Fun! Wahoooo for all my peeps of Blog reading this! WAHOO FOR EVERYONE! Well, not bad people, just good people. OK, we gotta wrap this thing up, but before I go, gotta give MuchLove to Heidi & Chris for stopping down, and to all my happy peeps of blog all chirping away in your trees – Enjoy!

Bridal Show Love!

This past Sunday we had the good pleasure of participating in our third FianceÃ© Bridal Show! As usual, we had a fantasticalmagical time, and none of this would be possible without the stewardship of the always lovely head-honcho with the most, none other than Deb Harris! She is tireless in her support of us, and we truly thank her for being so good to us!

After the show, we had the good fortune of having some of the gorgeous models stop down to the FunCenter for some sweetlysweetsupersnaps, and the results were…well…dead sweet dude!

MuchLove to the beautiful models, and to all of you with the glowing eyes reading this in your comfortable homes high upon the mountaintops of Blogville – Enjoy!

Whoa now…just whoa now for a minute. Alright…that’s better. I think it’s time for all of us to sit down…I’ll wait. OK, that’s good. Now that you’re all tuned in here, I want you to sit back, relax, and listen to a little story about two incredibly lovely awesome peeps that, for the sake of the story, I shall call ‘Kelly & Michelle!’

Actually, there names are Kelly & Michelle, so you can call them that outside of this story too. Speaking of the story, let’s dive on in. I need you to close your eyes, and imagine a time and space that was called ‘2007’, and more specifically, a time that was called ‘December’. I know, I know, I’m probably blowing your collective minds, but research has shown that if you are here, on our blog, you are smarter, wiser, faster, and a generally more capable person at living that if you weren’t here. I can be contacted for citation of this research, and I would normally list it, but we gotta get back to this pictoparty of Kelly & Michelle!

The reason that I want you to conjure up memories of this time so long ago is that – way back when – we had the awesomely sweet pleasure of being at the wedding of this lovely couple! Not only were we lucky enough to be there, as long as we were there we thought it would be a good idea to get some awesome (I know, overuse of ‘awesome’…I’ll stop with that word now) snaps!

Now, it would be one thing if it was the middle of August, and we could all just prance around in the outside world without a care in sight, but it was the end of December, and it was cold. Very cold. And windy. The average person would have cried and crawled back into their warm space beds, but Kelly & Michelle, and their fantastic wedding party said ‘forget that’, and pranced around in the freezing cold like it was nothing. Nothing! Is that all you got, Mother Nature? Shhuuucks, man, this ain’t nothing.

The results of this bravery? Beauty! Magic! Wowza! You need proof of all this big talk? Well, I suggest you open up your eyes wide, and feast on the goodness that lies just a few short words away! But first, MuchLove & ManyThanks to all that worked to make this day beautiful, and to all you out there in this hour so late, I say – Enjoy!

I need you all to climb aboard the WayBack Machine…make that the Otis & James WayBack Machine 9000 v.2 (it totally just got back from being completely overhauled and…pardon my expression…’pimped out’ (well, it’s got some sweet rims on it now, but it still has the same weird smell that it used to, no matter how many of those sweet pine tree air fresheners I hang from the rear view mirror – I’m totally going to be pulled over for that, well, I think it’s the combo of air fresheners and the dream catcher that will probably get the man after me, but oh well…right…moving on), and let’s set the controls not for the heart of the sun (too hot), but instead, let’s go back to a time that we like to call The Wedding of Tina & Matt!

Hooray! This magical fantastical wondrous day was finally upon us! Did I just write some sort of rhyme there? Either way, the day was filled to the brim with nothing but sweetness, rocking, rolling, cheering, laughing, just to name a few, and we were lucky enough to be a part of the goodness that was their Wedding Day! My dear friends of Blogville, you need to know something about this group. You see, there was no way to go wrong. They, to put it bluntly, knew how to work it. Straight up. They had their MoJo on. They had the groove, and had the moves. What’s that…you say I’m just talking crazy? Well, the only way that I can think of to make all y’all out there in your happy little blog homes believe this is by showing you the goods. That’s right, we’ve got photographic evidence of just how righteously awesome this group was.

Before we go off into our trance-like states as we are amazed by this beautiful group, we would like to give MuchLove & ManyThanks to everyone that helped us make these sweetly pictosnaps, and to all of you out there in Land of Blog that have been wondering if the words would ever come back again – Enjoy!
