Elisabeth & Cody!

In case we thought our day yesterday couldn’t get any better, it did – as we had the great pleasure of welcoming back to the studio our old friend Elisabeth, and with her was new friend Cody!

We knew that Elisabeth was going to be a total and complete rock star to work with, and she must have been working behind the scenes with Cody to bring him up to her level – because he totally rocked it up too! It was what we in the photo-biz like to refer to as a ‘perfect-sitch’, or – again for all of you squares out there – the perfect situation (and what’s up with all those squares?)

It was bananas around here, and we all had a blast (or at least I did, and that’s all that really matters) – I kid – we all had a blast! We want to give mad mad props (is that what you kids are calling it now – the mad props?) to this awesome couple for totally being sweetly sweets to work with, and to the rest of you – Enjoy!

Jenny!

Tonight, or late this afternoon, or at some time during both times, or really at any time since you’re just going to have to take my word for it that it really did occur during these times, and in all reality the time that said events did happen to happen at really doesn’t matter all that much, other than that they really did happen, but this is really just bordering on existential type talk, and as the sign clearly states there is none of that rabble rousing allowed here. Plain and simple, none of that.

Putting all of that aside and looking back on the events of these said times, it would seem that we were visited by a new friend of Otis & James, that indeed, the Otis & James Center for Hot Air Ballooning and Cat Grooming was given the gift of working with none other than the one and only, the lovely, the talented, Jenny!!!! This totally hep cat (she really isn’t a cat, for all you squares out there – and I know you’re there – this is just a colloquialism used by all the Kööl Kids, so get with it, man) came to our little section of Downtown and rocked it up, rocked it up, and rocked it up. That’s three. Three!

We had a great time working with Jenny, as we toured stanky basements, listened to the ramblings of Otis (which there seem to be more and more of), and eventually created a new dancing phenomena called the washin’ machine (which includes both the agitator and spin-cycle)!

Where is all of this leading to? It’s leading to us saying that we had an absolutely wonderful time working with Jenny, and we thank her for stopping down and visiting us! As the time has come for my epic story of Jenny to conclude, I leave you with this thought – Enjoy!

Ben & Kristin!

I’m not much of a morning person. Never have been, and this fact can be verified by many many people, most notably my parents. I’m more of a night-life sort of person, and many of you out in blogville may have noticed this as more often than not the time of day that posting occures is usually late late in the evening; tonight being no exception.

Even though I’m not one for this early part of the day, I could think of no better way to start our morning than with a visit from the absolutely lovely duo of Ben & Kristin! Any cobwebs that may have been floating around my head quickly vanished as this wonderful couple lit up the studio for some super-duper Valentine portraits!

We would like to thank Ben & Kristin for taking time to come down and visit us today, and would now like to offer up some sample snaps from our time together – Enjoy!

Variety Show Super Post!!!

We took a break from the O&J Supercenter for the Advancement of Humanoids and made a visit to the High School, for the Variety Show!! We didn’t have things like this in my High School. This group of students was just filled with unbelivable amounts of talent. – and lo and behold we actually knew some of them (not that these two things are related)!

Ashley!

Our day of Seniors yesterday came to a lovely conclusion with a visit from the absolutely splendid Ashley! I don’t know what the story is, but all of our seniors that we’ve been working with lately have been totally awesome – and the same was true from Ashley.

We had a great time with her and her assistant (Mom), and we were able to get a ton of great snaps! A big Otis & James thank you to Ashely and her assistant for taking time to come down and visit us on this Presidents Day – Enjoy!

And concluding our Monday Morning Senior Madness was the lovely Jolene! In case you didn’t know, this senior and the two before her came down to the superstudio together – sort of a three birds one stone sort of thing!

We would like to thank these three for making time for us this morning (and early afternoon), and for not just coming down to the studio but for coming back! We had a great time working with them, as they couldn’t have been any more gracious or easy to work with (especially once the men retired to the couches!) Well, enough of all this ramblin’ on, so let’s move on to the pics – Enjoy!

Dan & Lindsey!

Our day on Saturday came to a thrilling conclusion with a visit from new friends of Otis & James, Dan & Lindsey! Technically, I think that James already knew Dan, and Lindsey is related to one of the Otis & James original clients (you know who you are!)

This fun-loving couple came down the the superstudio and made it their own. They rocked, they rolled, and one of the members of this duo could even match the Otis level of U2 dedication (you know who you are too – I think that there may be a double pun in there.) We want to thank this lovely couple for coming down and giving us such a great end to the day – Enjoy!

Up next on Saturday at the O&J Foundation for Breakdancing and Other Talents (or simpley, O&JCFBAOT) was a visit from new friends to the Otis & James Family, Darrik & Betsy!

The reason for this lovely visit – Engagement Snaps! After a long conversation in which Otis told his life story (and James slipped into a standing coma as this was the 14,192 time that she – yes, James is a she – has heard it all), we were off and running with this fun couple! They were totaly awesome to work with, and we would like to thank them for taking time to visit us, and for listening as Otis rambles on and on.
